Your therapist will guide you in the use of the recommended 4" ball along with other various size balls, rollers, noodles, and more to help you learn how to release your own fascial restrictions at home.
These tools and techniques when used daily can help you maintain and aid in the progression of your therapy program in between treatments, potentially decrease the frequency of treatments, and provide a maintenance program along with your other exercise programs or daily activities you have incorporated in your life.
